Your Visit

At Watford Palace Theatre we take the quality of service we provide to our visitors very seriously. Whether you are watching a show, using our spaces or enjoying refreshments in our Cafe and Bars, we want to know we are getting things right.

Watford Palace's Customer Services Manager is responsible for the experience of all visitors to the Theatre.  If you have feedback about your visit please contact us by emailing [email protected]

We hold Welcome to Excellence accreditation, which means that at least 50% of our staff have received Welcome Host training. If you have feedback on the service you receive from our staff we'd love to hear from you - we are always keen to reward good service, and learn from less good experiences.
