    Di Trevis was born in Birmingham and educated at Sussex University .
    After a career as an actress she became a director in 1980 productions include :
    Happy End , Taming of the Shrew , Revenger’s Tragedy,
    Much Ado About Nothing , and  Elgar’s Rondo for the Royal Shakespeare company;
    for the National Theatre: Happy Birthday Brecht ; A Matter of Life and Death;  The Mother; School for Wives; Yerma; The Resistible Rise Of Arturo Ui; Inadmissible Evidence  and Remembrance of Things Past .
    Opera includes : Gawain (Royal Opera House); Merry Widow (Scottish opera ); The Voluptuous Tango (Almeida London and Pittsburg ).
    US productions include : As You Like It , Duchess of Malfi , Human Cannon , Le Grand Meaulnes , Silverland.  
    Di was Head of directing at the drama centre 2003-7. She is married to composer Dominic Muldowney .
     
     
  2. Lighting Designer: Roger Frith

    Roger started his career at Sadler’s Wells moving with the Company to the Coliseum and becoming resident Lighting Designer/Supervisor for  ENO. He has now been Freelance for many years. Although still specialising in Lighting for opera, Roger’s work now encompasses a wide range of productions including Commercial Plays, Musicals and Ballet in London and on tour.

    Staying within the Opera Field he has designed numerous productions for English Bach Festival including: LE BOURGEOIS GENTILHOMME, DIDO & AENEAS and THE FAIRY QUEEN all at the Royal Opera House, TELEMACO at Sadler’s Wells and Herod Atticus Amphitheatre at the Acropolis and PLATEE at the Alexandra Trianti Opera House in Athens. As well as other productions for EBF in Valencia, Granada, Monte Carlo, Madrid, Versailles and Cyprus. Twelve Seasons for Opera Holland Park where designs included LA BOHEME, DIE FLEDERMAUS, WERTHER, L’ARLESIANA, ADRIANA LECOUVRE and LA RONDINE. Also in London productions of both Operas and Ballet Galas at Queen Elizabeth Hall. In America he designed both CARMEN and MERRY WIDOW for Coast-to-Coast tours. Other productions include LA BOHEME on a floating stage in Malta, ANNA BOLENA for the Festival of Music at the Tower of London and currently THE BOHEMIAN GIRL for Opera South.

    For Commercial tours Roger has designed from straight Drama through to pure Farce as well as many pantomimes and musicals across the country. In Ireland he designed at the Druid Theatre Company as well as The Abbey, The Olympia and the Gaiety in Dublin and Cork Opera.
       
    Roger works extensively with students at RADA, Arts Ed., and most recently Drama Centre at The Cochrane Theatre, London.

    Internationally known, and an Associate Artist of The Royal Shakespeare Company, Ralph was a Sergeant with the British Intelligence Corps as researcher in the War Crimes Interrogation Unit, London District Cage, Kensington Palace Gardens, Bayswater, 1946 - 47.

    Isabel is studying at Drama Centre London and will graduate in 2009.
    Whilst in training assistant roles include: AWAKE AND SING! by Clifford Odets directed by Franceen Brodkin; WMILIA GALOTTI by Gotthold ephaim Lessing directed by Luis Del Aguila and WILD HONEY by Anton Chekov / Michael Frayn directed by Alan Dunnet.

    Directing roles before training include: OUR TOWN by Thorton Wilder and assisting Victoria Gunn on MARAT/SADE by Peter Weiss (ADC Cambridge).
